Every lobbying firm and lobbyist employer who is required to file a registration statement under this chapter shall register with the Secretary of State no later than 10 days after qualifying as a lobbying firm or lobbyist employer.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1985, Ch. 1183, Sec. 7.
