30.5. Whenever the term 'Business, Transportation and Housing Agency' appears within the Harbors and Navigation Code, it shall refer to the Transportation Agency, and whenever the term 'Secretary of Business, Transportation and Housing' appears within the Harbors and Navigation Code, it shall refer to the Secretary of Transportation.(Added by Stats. 2013, Ch. 352, Sec. 320.
