§ 68.2

68.2. In conformance with the California Recreational Trails Act, the Legislature hereby finds and declares that there is a statewide and continuing interest in the public’s use of the state’s inland waterways for recreational purposes. The Legislature further finds and declares that there exists a need to provide for recreational resource planning of the waterways in a manner that provides access and utilization for recreational purposes, consistent with the provisions of the California Recreational Trails Act.(Added by Stats. 1978, Ch. 365.)
