71.7. Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, Section 82, or any contract or agreement to the contrary, loan payments on the loan on behalf of Spud Point Marina in the County of Sonoma, as authorized by Schedule (b)(8) of Item 3680-101-516 of Section 2.00 of the Budget Act of 1982, and administered by the division, may be renegotiated by the division and the County of Sonoma, to solve the fiscal problems involving the marina existing on the effective date of this section as enacted during the 1994 portion of the 1993–94 Regular Session.(Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 353, Sec. 112.
