72.4. An agreement or contract for a transfer pursuant to former Section 5823 of the Public Resources Code or a loan pursuant to former Section 5827 or 6499.5 of that code, executed prior to the effective date of this chapter, shall, for the purposes of this chapter, be considered as an agreement or contract executed pursuant to this chapter.(Amended by Stats. 2006, Ch. 538, Sec. 341.
