The commission shall, immediately after the effective date of this section, organize and elect from its members a chairman and a vice chairman who shall serve for one year or until their successors are elected and qualified. Annually thereafter, the commission shall elect a chairman and a vice chairman.(Repealed and added by Stats. 2012, Ch. 136, Sec. 2. (AB 737) Effective January 1, 2013.
