§ 501.3

501.3. The time a notice or statement is given or sent, unless otherwise expressly provided, means the time a written notice to a person is deposited in the United States mails; or the time any other written notice is personally delivered to the recipient.(Added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 941, Sec. 2.)
