§ 570

570. Any person who keeps any wrecked property, or its proceeds, after the salvage and expenses have been agreed to or adjusted, and the amount paid to him, is punishable by fine not exceeding one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding one year, or both.(Enacted by Stats. 1937, Ch. 368.)
