The Department of Boating and Waterways pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 85.2 may use funds in the Harbors and Watercraft Revolving Fund, created pursuant to Section 85, to administer this chapter and to reimburse the Department of Motor Vehicles for its costs to administer this chapter.(Added by Stats. 2004, Ch. 565, Sec. 3.
