654.1. Boating facilities constructed with funds derived from the state shall be required as a condition for the receipt of such funds to provide shoreside facilities for purposes of emptying waste matter holding tanks from vessels in accordance with needs and standards as established by the department.(Amended by Stats. 1970, Ch. 1428.)
