759.16. Following an administrative hearing, the division may impose a penalty of not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) upon any for-hire vessel company that violates any provision of this article or that fails to obey, observe, or comply with any rule established by the division pursuant to Section 759.12.(Added by Stats. 2017, Ch. 421, Sec. 9.
