Any declaration, license, or other record electronically generated or transmitted pursuant to this article shall meet the requirements of a 'record' under Title 2.5 (commencing with Section 1633.1) of Part 2 of Division 3 of the Civil Code.(Added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 380, Sec. 1.
