The division shall make rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this article, including adopting a schedule to establish reasonable fees that cover the division’s cost for exams, licensing, renewals, and other services provided by the division under this article.(Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 425, Sec. 3.
