1112. 'High seas' includes all the navigable waters of the Pacific Ocean west of the Golden Gate Bridge, and all navigable waters west of the westward boundary of the pilotage grounds for Monterey Bay.(Amended by Stats. 2001, Ch. 177, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 2002.)
