1139. (a) Every pilot boarding a vessel shall exhibit his commission or license as pilot when requested by the master of such vessel.(b) The board may suspend or revoke the commission or license of a pilot for refusal to exhibit such commission or license upon the proper request, and it may impose a liability of fifty dollars ($50) on the bond of such pilot.(Added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 1256.)
