1157.3. A member of the board, the executive director, the assistant director, or an employee of the board who willfully discloses confidential information from the board record to a person not authorized to receive it shall be liable for a civil penalty not to exceed two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) for each violation, which may be assessed and recovered in a civil action.(Added by Stats. 2008, Ch. 567, Sec. 16.
