1192. If a vessel that is subject to the payment of pilotage enters any port of Monterey Bay and the Bays of San Francisco, San Pablo, or Suisun solely by reason of being in distress or requiring care, it shall pay one-half the full pilotage rates.(Amended by Stats. 2001, Ch. 177, Sec. 22.
