1254. (a) The pilotage rates imposed pursuant to Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 1190) shall be subject to adjustment under this chapter.(b) The pilotage rates imposed pursuant to Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 1190) shall remain in effect and be deemed pilotage tariffs set pursuant to this chapter until the rates are adjusted pursuant to this chapter.(Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 769, Sec. 16.
