1693. 'Bonds' means bonds, notes, bond anticipation notes, commercial paper, or other evidences of indebtedness or lease, installment sale, or other agreements or certificates of participation therein.(Added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 1235, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1993.)
