This chapter shall not apply to the Stockton Port District, as established pursuant to Part 4 (commencing with Section 6200) of Division 8, or to a river port district established pursuant to Part 6 (commencing with Section 6800) of Division 8.(Added by Stats. 2015, Ch. 793, Sec. 11.
