3902. The following funds are created in the State Treasury for the purposes of this part:(a) Harbor Bond Sinking Fund.(b) Fifth San Francisco Seawall Fund.(c) Small Craft Harbor Bond Fund.(d) Small Craft Harbor Improvement Fund.(Added by Stats. 1958, 1st Ex. Sess., Ch. 103.)
