§ 3905

3905. For the purpose of creating funds to provide for the construction, improvement and development of harbors in this State as provided in this part, the Harbor Improvement Bond Committee is authorized and empowered to create a debt or debts, liability or liabilities, of the State of California, in the manner and to the extent hereinafter provided, but not otherwise, nor in excess thereof.(Added by Stats. 1958, 1st Ex.
