§ 3917

3917. The committee may provide for the issuance, sale or exchange of refunding bonds out of the bonds issued under this part for the purpose of redeeming or retiring any bond issued by the committee if, under the terms of that issue, the bonds issued thereunder may be redeemed or retired. Any bonds issued hereunder may be redeemed or retired if the resolution under which the bonds are issued so permits.(Added by Stats. 1958, 1st Ex. Sess., Ch. 103.)
