§ 4044

4044. When a harbor commission appointed under the provisions of this chapter ceases to exist another harbor commission may thereafter be created by the board without requiring an additional petition, and the harbor commission when so created may exercise all of the powers and is governed by the provisions of this chapter to the same extent as the commission first appointed.(Enacted by Stats. 1937, Ch. 368.)
