§ 4048

4048. Whenever the commission ceases to exist, it shall make a final report to the board and file all books, records and papers appurtenant to the commission and to all work done by it with the board, and, if the report is approved by the board, the commission is discharged from duty and its bonds from that date exonerated.(Enacted by Stats. 1937, Ch. 368.)
