5880. The board of supervisors shall pass a resolution providing for the issuance and sale of bonds to represent the principal of the indebtedness authorized to pay the cost of the improvement or development work in the harbor, and shall prescribe the form of the bonds.(Enacted by Stats. 1937, Ch. 368.)
