5891. The taxes shall:(a) Be levied upon all of the property within the district taxable for county purposes.(b) Be in addition to all other taxes levied for county purposes.(c) Be collected at the same time and in the same manner as other county taxes are collected.(d) Be used for no purpose other than payment of the bonds and accruing interest.(Enacted by Stats. 1937, Ch. 368.)
