§ 5892

5892. The board of supervisors may at the same time and in the same manner levy upon all of the property in the district a tax sufficient to pay the ordinary annual expenses of maintenance of the district and it may also levy a tax sufficient to meet expenditures for any further improvement and development of the harbor which the board deems necessary and advisable.(Amended by Stats. 1937, Ch. 844.)
