5900.7. If any portion of the harbor is situated within the boundaries of any incorporated city, the board of supervisors may enter into arrangements or contracts with the governing body of that city, upon such terms as may be agreed upon, for the purchase and maintenance of fireboats, patrol boats, sanitary and other equipment which the board deems necessary for the proper protection of the harbor.(Added by Stats. 1986, Ch. 195, Sec. 12.)
