5943. The hearing, investigation, determination and findings of the board of supervisors shall be conducted and made in accordance with the provisions of Sections 5835 to 5841, inclusive, of the Harbors and Navigations Code which sections are incorporated herein to the extent that they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter.(Added by Stats. 1961, Ch. 441.)
