5950.5. The board of supervisors of any harbor improvement district organized and existing pursuant to Part 2 (commencing with Section 5800) may authorize the district to acquire, develop, operate, and maintain inland parks and recreation areas pursuant to this chapter.(Added by renumbering Section 5950 (as added by Stats. 1986, Ch. 195) by Stats. 1987, Ch. 56, Sec. 100.)
