6030. The board of supervisors shall have entered in its minutes an order finally determining and establishing the exterior boundaries of the proposed district, and it shall pass a resolution calling an election within the district for the purpose of submitting to the qualified voters the proposition of the formation of the district.(Enacted by Stats. 1937, Ch. 368.)
