§ 6050

6050. Each district formed pursuant to this part shall be governed by a board of five harbor commissioners, who shall hold office for the term of four years from 12 o'clock noon on the first Monday after the first day of January succeeding their election, and until their successors are elected and qualified.(Amended by Stats. 1941, Ch. 997.)
