§ 6053

6053. A candidate for harbor commissioner shall be a registered voter of the proposed or existing district, and shall qualify for election by securing a nomination paper proposing his or her candidacy for the office of harbor commissioner signed by not less than 25 but not more than 50 qualified electors of the district.(Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 221, Sec. 63.
