§ 6074

6074. It may take by grant, purchase, gift, devise, lease or otherwise acquire, hold and enjoy and lease and dispose of real and personal property of every kind, within or without the district, necessary to the full or convenient exercise of its power.(Enacted by Stats. 1937, Ch. 368.)
