6077.6. A harbor district may by resolution order that all or any of the funds under its control and not necessary for current operating expenses be invested in accordance with Section 53601 of the Government Code.(Amended by Stats. 2003, Ch. 389, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2004.)
