6092. The taxes shall be levied upon all of the taxable property within the district taxable for county purposes and are in addition to all other taxes levied for all other county purposes and shall be collected at the same time and in the same manner as other county taxes are collected and shall be used for no purpose other than for the payment of the bonds and accrued interest.(Enacted by Stats. 1937, Ch. 368.)
