§ 6230

6230. An election shall be held within 130 days of the call, to determine whether the district shall be organized. The election shall be conducted in conformity with the general election laws. At the election the proposition shall be placed on the ballot, permitting each voter to vote 'yes' or 'no.'(Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 221, Sec. 67. Effective January 1, 2003.)
