6245. The term of office of each commissioner is four years from the time of his appointment, except that the chairman first appointed shall hold office for two years, and the remaining commissioners first appointed to the board shall classify themselves by lot, so that they hold office respectively for one, two, three, and four years.(Enacted by Stats. 1937, Ch. 368.)
