6309.4. Every person who violates any of the provisions of a district ordinance adopted pursuant to Sections 6309 and 6309.2 is guilty of an infraction and shall be subject to a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100).(Amended by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1092, Sec. 143.
