6844. The board shall annually file a report of the affairs and financial condition of the district for the preceding year with the governing body of every county or city, all or part of which is included in the district. This report shall show the sources of all receipts and the purposes of all disbursements.(Enacted by Stats. 1937, Ch. 368.)
