Any district organized pursuant to this part may create a bonded debt pursuant to the provisions of Article 1 (commencing with Section 43600) of Chapter 4 of Division 4, Title 4 of the Government Code.Bonds may be issued for the purpose of raising money for use in carrying out any of the powers and purposes of the district.(Amended by Stats. 1957, Ch. 45.)
