6939.10. The form of the bonds shall be prescribed by the board and they shall be signed by the officer or officers that the board designates. The coupons appertaining to the bonds shall be numbered consecutively and shall be signed by the facsimile signature of the officer or officers that the board has designated.(Added by Stats. 1961, Ch. 1457.)
