§ 7001

7001. This part and all of its provisions shall be liberally construed to the end that its purpose may be effective. This part does not affect any other law covering the same subject, nor apply to any proceedings had thereunder, nor does it in any manner interfere with existing harbors or prevent the formation, operation or government of harbors within the State under any other law.(Added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 1598.)
