§ 7010

7010. A district may be formed consisting of any portion or portions of a county, whether contiguous or not, lying entirely within a city or entirely within unincorporated territory of the county or wholly or partially including territory of all or part of one or more cities within the county, including within its boundaries the whole or some part of the harbor proposed to be developed.(Added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 1598.)
