7012. The petition shall:(a) Set forth the exterior boundaries of the proposed district.(b) Generally describe the proposed harbor development.(c) A request that the territory included within the described boundaries be formed into a district pursuant to this part.(Added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 1598.)
