If the territory included within the proposed district lies entirely within one city, the petition shall be filed with the city clerk and the clerk and the legislative body of the city shall conduct all the formation proceedings in the same manner as herein provided for the board of supervisors.(Added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 1598.)
