7052. Within 30 days after the formation of the district the directors shall meet and organize as a board. The board shall:(a) Elect one of its members president except in a case where Section 7046 applies.(b) Provide for the time and place of holding its regular meetings.(Added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 1598.)
