7061. By resolution the board may change the name of the district. A change of name shall be effective upon the filing of a certified copy of the resolution with the Secretary of State and recording a certified copy in the office of the county recorder of the county in which the district is situated.(Amended by Stats. 1973, Ch. 665.)
