§ 7100

7100. If, on the tenth day after the time for nominating directors has expired, only one person has been nominated for each of the positions of director to be filled at that election and a petition signed by 5 percent of the voters of the district requesting that the election be held has not been presented to the board of supervisors, an election shall not be held.(Added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 1598.)
